My mother’s knee cartilage was severely damaged from a fall, making movement difficult. Following a doctor's recommendation to rely solely on medication, pain relief came only from painkillers. However, after a month of administering glucosamine and chondroitin, she reported reduced pain and fewer attacks. The improvements are promising, and we plan to repurchase.

I ordered this for a friend who had issues with her knees; after a week, she reported no pain and no side effects. I also purchased it for my mother, aged 63, who suffers from hip joint problems.
